We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. and the base looks like it's something different?

GP - this model here is a resin urethane casting. The base is two varying thickness of styrene sheet cut and glued together. I'm going to put up a little tutorial in my scraps folder soon on the making of this little guy after I debut the full color painted up version. The rough sculpt of it was done in Super Sculpey then finished in a toy wax.
